You may not misrepresent Signal Hunter or Latteware materials as your own proprietary methodology where such materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Signal Hunter operates through ChatGPT, which is provided by OpenAI.
Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI’s applicable terms, policies, account conditions, and data practices.
Latteware is not responsible for:
- Availability of ChatGPT.
- Changes made by OpenAI to its products or services.
- OpenAI account restrictions.
- OpenAI infrastructure or data-processing practices.
- Third-party websites or services accessed through external links.
9. Availability and Changes
Signal Hunter is currently provided free of charge.
Latteware may modify, improve, suspend, rename, or discontinue Signal Hunter or any portion of it at any time.
If the commercial model changes materially in the future, applicable terms and disclosures will be updated before paid functionality is introduced.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Signal Hunter is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Latteware makes no warranty that Signal Hunter will:
- Be error-free.
- Be continuously available.
- Produce complete or accurate information.
- Identify every relevant opportunity.
- Predict future market conditions.
- Meet every user’s specific needs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Latteware, Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Signal Hunter.
Users remain responsible for business, investment, operational, strategic, legal, and other decisions made based on information generated through Signal Hunter.

You may stop using Signal Hunter at any time.
